Requirements
- Basic Fitness Level: While the course is beginner-friendly, participants should have a basic level of fitness to handle the physical demands of kickboxing, including cardio exercises and strength training. No prior experience in kickboxing or martial arts is necessary.
- Proper Attire and Equipment: Comfortable workout clothing is essential, along with supportive athletic shoes. Participants should also bring hand wraps and boxing gloves, which are crucial for protecting the hands and wrists during training. If you don't have these items, recommendations will be provided during the first class.
- Commitment to Learning and Growth: Kickboxing requires consistency and dedication. Participants should be committed to attending all sessions and actively engaging in the learning process, both mentally and physically. A positive attitude and willingness to push your limits are key to making the most of the course.
